You may use the front side of your Experimenting with Media Worksheet to create you value scales and the back side to draw your crumpled paper.
MIXED MEDIA VALUE STILL LIFE
Standards: 9.1 A-E; 9.2 C,K,L; 9.3 A-G; 9.4 B,D
Media and Technique students learned about value and different types of media (graphite, Sharpie, and charcoal), which are used to show value. They learned the value techniques used for each different media (sfumato, tenebrism, hatching, cross hatching, and stippling). They were asked to draw a still life using all 3 media and appropriate value techniques in one composition.
